  • Doctor in dentistry from Univ. Complutense de Madrid. 
  • Master in periodontics.  
  • Founding partner and training director of Clínica Perio.  
  • He currently works in the Hospital Periodontics Unit of the Ruber Juan Bravo Hospital.

Dr. Carasol will explain how to strengthen and manage the periodontal cabinet in the current changing moment as an asset that locks and educates the patient in the prevention of oral diseases.

Dr. Fernando Autrán Mateu

  • Bachelor of medicine and surgery and specialist in stomatology by the Univ. of Barcelona.  
  • International expert in Dental Aesthetics and Minimally Invasive oral rehabilitation.  
  • Founding partner of Autran solutions and Autran Academy.

Dr. Autrán will teach us some keys of the protocol of attention to patients with esthetic demands and how to manage the psychology of this profile of patients in the closing of cases.

Dr. Luciano Badanelli

  • Licentiate in Dentistry in 1991, from the Complutense University of Madrid.  
  • Specialist in Dental Prosthetics, Implantology and Aesthetics Columbia University (New York).  
  • Medical Director of Clínica Dental Luciano Badanelli

Dr. Badanelli will teach us how to improve the organization of all phases of a complex treatment (digital flow, laboratory, clinical events ...) and how to transmit it to the patient.

Pedro Morchón Camino

  • Director and founder of Enfoque dental. 
  • Bachelor of Science in Chemistry (Univ. Oviedo and Padua) with doctorate studies in Medical Chemistry (Univ. Cardiff). 
  • Certificate in executive coaching by AECOP and diploma in Neurolinguistic Programming by the AEPNL.

After years of advising and helping the development of dozens of dental clinics in Spain and abroad, Pedro will transmit the best practices in patient care protocol, business strategy, effective team management and dental marketing.

Dr. José Luis Dominguez Mompell

  • Bachelor of Dentistry Univ. Complutense of Madrid. 
  • Exclusive dedication in Reconstructive Surgery in Implantology. 
  • He collaborates with numerous universities in the world. 
  • Together with his brother, he is the medical director of the dental clinic Mompell Micó.

Dr. José Luis Dominguez Mompell will address some guidelines that complement the protocol of care with patients who need implants, oral surgery or who suffer from perimplantitis. He will also talk about the process of implanting the dental focus protocol in his clinic.

Dr. Ramón Dominguez Mompell

  • Degree in Dentistry from the Rey Juan Carlos University and Doctor from the University of California (Los Angeles). 
  • International orthodontic expert and speaker at several universities in Spain, the United States, Brazil and Portugal.

Dr. Ramón Dominguez Mompell will transmit what are the best practices in the management of orthodontic patients. In addition, he will tell about the experience in his own clinic in the generational and digital transition from a traditional family clinic to a modern clinic.

Francisco Escámez Abad

  • Engineer of roads, channels and ports by the Polytechnic University of Madrid. 
  • Senior Management Program of the San Telmo Institute (IESE). 
  • 28 years of experience in the world of international consulting. 
  • Manages the Escámez Dental clinic for several years. 

Francisco Escámez will carry out the formation of a stock and supplies management system that he has designed and implemented successfully in the family clinic. In addition, it will address aspects of the digitization of a dental clinic in terms of management.

Ramón Aguado

  • AEDE University of Málaga and MBA ESADE. 
  • He has worked in financial management positions in several multinationals such as Telefónica. 
  • He has been managing his own dental clinic in Cádiz for 11 years.  

Ramón Aguado will teach us the management of the balanced scorecard with the key indicators in the management, managing an exploitation account and the control of the commercial management (CRM). With these tools we will have elements of analysis for making strategic decisions.

2nd training module

IMPROVE THE PERFORMANCE OF COLLABORATORS, FAMILY MARKETING AND BUSINESS STRATEGY OF A TRADITIONAL CLINIC

EXECUTIVE COACHING: After the delivery of the training, Pedro Morchón will help his students in two sessions of executive online coaching (1.5 hours) and carry out an action plan regarding the aspects seen in both modules.
